SUPPORTING PEOPLE WITH DISABLING LONG-TERM HEALTH CONDITIONS
EY partnered with UEA to support the production of a new Employer Insight Report on supporting people with disabling long-term health conditions to sustain work.

The report is based on research by Helen Musgrove who conducted the research as part of her post graduate studies in Organisational Psychology at the University of East Anglia. She is currently the Director of Psychological Consulting at a neurodiversity consultancy.

WORKPLACE WELLBEING – What is fair? What is useful? Who has responsibility for what? CALL FOR INTERVIEWEES.
The UEA and PrOPEL Hub are studying the ethics of workplace wellbeing and want to hear the opinions of as many UK managers as possible (private, public, charity and social enterprise managers all welcome).

Previously, the study included a survey (which is still open – see below). The team are now looking for people to interview on any decisions or dilemmas they have faced on the ethics of workplace wellbeing.

Closing date 31st January. We want to hear from you! Please contact Andrea.James@uea.ac.uk or a confidential 45 minute phone / online discussion OR complete the survey and leave your name and willingness to take part.

HELP US TELL THE STORY OF WHAT EVOLVE WORKPLACE WELLBEING  MEANS TO YOU!
We love providing you with evidence-informed resources on workplace wellbeing. We hope you feel the same! To prove our worth for potential future projects in this area and / or improve our work where you see gaps, we need your feedback.

We only need 5 people to volunteer before the end of January to comment on the Evolve Workplace Wellbeing toolkit. Could one of them be you? All input anonymous, talk for as long or as short as you like…

If so – please contact Carolina and Colin using this link: https://strathbusiness.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bK46AdtDe0Oje62
