Real-world Impact

Seeing the results of bespoke partnership

These examples illustrate the measurable impact possible when your organisation makes the shift to being a wellbeing learning organisation. Rigorous evidence and focussed collaboration bring real results.

From hybrid to fully remote — making the transition work for people and the business

A large employer embarked on a year-long pilot to move its workforce from hybrid to fully remote working. The Evolve team carried out a rigorous impact and process evaluation throughout, tracking outcomes for both employees and the organisation.

The evaluation provided clear evidence of what was working, what needed adjusting, and what the business could confidently scale. The result was a transition grounded in evidence rather than assumption — and a workforce that felt heard throughout the process.

Embedding a researcher to build the evidence base
for financial wellbeing

A business partner wanted to understand whether their financial wellbeing initiative was delivering real impact. With external funding from Innovate UK via the Knowledge Transfer Partnerships programme, our Evolve team supported a researcher placed within the organisation — to evaluate the initiative from the inside.

The placement gave the organisation access to independent, rigorous analysis it could not have produced internally, and generated findings that shaped both the initiative itself and the organisation’s broader approach to financial wellbeing.
