The Good Jobs Project has been an evolving process of research and public engagement on how to create a good experience of work for people in frontline (public-facing) roles – such as retail, hospitality, care, tourism and charities. The project identified and made insight resources on ‘4 boosts for frontline workers’ (available on this site). The team has since been taking the 4 boosts insight out for discussion across the county.
On 1st November, a cross-department team from UEA ran an open space event at the Phoenix Centre in Mile Cross. A summary of the discussion that occurred can be found here:
