Newsletter #42 – January 2026

We are soft launching our new Evolve Workplace Wellbeing offer only to you first – our valued newsletter subscribers. There will be more of a fanfare online in due course…

Last year we spoke with many of you about how we could keep bringing you evidence-based workplace wellbeing insight, in a sustainable way for you and us. We listened to what you said and came up with the new Evolve shaped by your input. We are excited to share with you our offers:

Evolve toolkit – this toolkit will always remain online, free to all, updated with news, tools and podcasts from our ongoing academic research. This newsletter will continue monthly and will focus mainly on our free and academic work as usual.

Evolve training – each quarter we will run a half day, in-depth, evidence-based online training sessions quarterly, on topics such as:

–        Becoming a wellbeing learning organisation

–        Enabling line managers

–        Making the case for wellbeing investment

–        Wellbeing traps to avoid and success stories to learn from

Evolve together – the replacement for the Evolve Network is the Evolve together community of practice. We will offer quarterly online meetings to a select community of HR, OD and wellbeing practitioners, introducing cutting edge insights and facilitating peer discussion. Evolve together members also receive one free Evolve training session per year.

We are opening up Evolve together by special offer only to former Evolve Network members and eligible* subscribers initially.

Our standard subscription costs £875 + VAT – as part of this membership you’re allowed to send different members of staff on different dates, and benefit from reduced rates for Training and Take Action for all staff.
We also offer a rate of £675 + VAT for small businesses, or individuals who are joining for their CPD rather than paid for by their organisation. Individual members can only attend themselves, and any reduced rates don’t extend to their organisation.

We want to give all our existing members the chance to transition seamlessly to this new arrangement. So, we are offering existing Network members a chance for a special offer 2026 membership for £440 + VAT.

How to sign up –

–        Former Network members will receive an email this week with the link to sign up directly.

–        All others, please email us at workplace.wellbeing@uea.ac.uk with your name, job role and organisation and we will check you are eligible to join, then send you the sign up link.

Evolve take action – we have always worked responsively with you to carry out commissioned evaluations, research and capacity building training on a bespoke basis. This now has a name! All work by negotiation – contact workplace.wellbeing@uea.ac.uk

As we go forward with the new Evolve there will still be plenty of news, updates, tools and podcasts that anyone can access at any time. Our new offer just helps us go into greater depth for those of you with experience and a passion for continuous improvement, keeping you in touch with the latest insights and experienced colleagues.

Hitting reply with subject ‘Yes’ is all it takes to keep receiving the newsletter monthly, for free, for another three years (and to avoid the multiple follow-up emails we will send to check in with you before we prune the list!)
