Are you aware of the motherhood penalty – and what is your organisation doing to counter it?
In new research published by colleagues from King’s College London and our Evolve team member Prof Sara Connolly, analysis shows that women and mothers are under-represented in high quality jobs and over-represented in poor quality jobs.
