Building the Evolve Together Community of Practice – Eligibility

We work with participants from all sectors – businesses, public sector organisations, charities and social enterprises.
Members must hold a current employed role within an organisation which relates directly to the wellbeing of the organisation’s own workforce. This would include HR, OD, health and safety, wellbeing and other people-focussed roles. Other roles focussed on the wellbeing of external customers, service users or individual counselling or coaching clients are not eligible.
We have a policy not to accept sole traders or representatives of small businesses whose work is consulting or otherwise contracting with other organisations around workplace wellbeing, management or organisational change. This is to preserve the mutual peer support element of the group and has been developed in response to member preferences. We are still very happy to engage with such sole traders and small businesses in relation to any of our other Evolve work.
Emailing us your name, role and organisation to apply to take part in the Evolve Together community will indicate your consent for us to use your personal data to provide you information pertaining to your involvement in the Evolve Together community of practice. We will not use this information for any other purpose, unless you specifically consent otherwise (e.g. you may also ask us to add your email address to our main newsletter distribution list). Data management will follow the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) and UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

According to data protection legislation, we are required to inform you that the legal basis for processing your data as listed in Article 6(1) of the UK GDPR is because this allows us to process personal data when it is necessary to perform our public tasks as a University.
