The 5 C’s of workplace wellbeing – available to download!
If you have attended one of our Evolve or PrOPEL Hub workshops or talks, you may have heard about the 5 C’s of workplace wellbeing. They are evidence-based principles you can use to inform how you implement your workplace wellbeing programmes and strategies. While we have worked extensively with this content before and it is mentioned in our main guide to workplace wellbeing, this is the first time we are making available a document just on the 5 C’s. It draws on extensive case study evidence to show real life examples of how people tackle the 5 C’s in practice.
